With over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Rajasekar Rengasamy has honed his skills across star hotels, luxury cruise liners, and in the kitchens of 75 countries. For the past five years, he has been captivating San Diego with his unique fusion of global culinary artistry and the rich traditions of Indian cuisine. In April 2024, Chef Rajasekar realized his dream by establishing Masala House, a testament to his passion for excellence and innovation in food.

Chef Rajasekar is renowned for his use of special ingredients sourced directly from India, combined with handmade and homemade masalas.
